Strategic Counsel in High-stakes,
Multiple or Cross-border Collective Litigation
For more than 25 years, I have dedicated myself to class / collective / group / representative and popular actions as an academic and as a lawyer (qualified at the Bar of Paris and the Bar of Buenos Aires). I advise NGOs, third-party funders, class actions service providers and top-tier international law-firms engaged in or willing to engage in class actions in Europe and Latin America.
Since cross-border infringements require streamlined strategies, I cooperate with and international tight-knit teams pursuing symmetrical justice across different countries. Driven by Fairness through Collective Redress, my law practice is about designing a customized strategy for mass litigation aiming at efficiencies of all kinds.
